Deliveries and collections
We deliver throughout Switzerland. If you prefer, your order can be collected from our premises in Bussigny-près-Lausanne. View the options from the drop-down list below.
Then, all you have to do is select your preferred delivery method when finalising your order.
Handling costs: 0.- CHF
Minimum and maximum order quantity: unrestricted
Address: Industrial Zone de l'Arc-en-Ciel, 8 rue de l'Arc-en-Ciel, 1030 Bussigny (Vaud)
Opening hours: Monday to Thursday, 9am to 12pm and 2pm to 5pm, and Fridays, 9am to 3pm without interruption.
Timescale: an e-mail will be sent to you within five working days of order confirmation, informing you of its availability.
Delivery charge: 23.- CHF per package.
Fixed quantity: 26 kg packages only
Delivery area: All of Switzerland.
Timescale: for orders confirmed before 5pm on Tuesday, delivery on Friday of the same week
Delivery day: Fridays before 9am.
Remarks :
To ensure the freshness of orders during transport, we use isothermic boxes. These must be completely filled to ensure the efficiency of the isothermic function.
Therefore to benefit from postal delivery, your parcel must weigh 26 kilos with products purchased and available on our website.
Your presence is required at the time of delivery. Should you be absent, and without any instructions on your part, the parcel will be deposited in front of your door or at the post office; and the freshness of the products can then no longer be guaranteed.
