Important: To qualify for postal shipping, your parcel must weigh 26 kilograms. For the shipment of frozen products, we use insulated boxes to ensure product freshness during transport. These boxes must be completely filled to guarantee their effectiveness. Your presence is required at the time of delivery. In case of absence and without specific instructions from you, the parcel will be left at your door or at the post office; in such cases, product freshness can no longer be guaranteed.
